We all love gazing at the Flatirons in Boulder, Colorado. But did you know there is a giant “CU” etched into the Third Flatiron? I say etched because it has been treated with so many chemicals and mechanical devices over the years. That the letters are pretty much etched into the rock. There is even a faint “I” next to the “CU.” Spelling “ICU.” In this video, we tell the story of how those letters appeared and how to locate the damage. But you do not have to go through the national park entrance to access this beautiful alpine lake. And it is a hop skip and a jump from Estes Park, Colorado! Haunting Colorado Ghost Resort Left to Rot – Interlaken

Come along with us as we take a hike high in the Rocky Mountains just outside of Leadville, Colorado to a haunting abandoned ghost resort called Interlaken. The abandoned Interlaken Ghost Resort, is located on the south side of Twin Lakes and was considered one of Colorado’s most beautiful resort in the late 1800’s. But for nearly a century, the abandoned resort’s buildings were left to crumble and its access road was cut off by a rising lake. Leaving it alone and only accessible by trail or by boat. Moab, Utah has spectacular scenic roads. Come on a road trip with us as we drive through Moab Scenery, Scenic Byway HWY 128 and drive along the Colorado River. We will drive along the red cliffs and Colorado River of Southern Utah as we make our way to Moab, Utah.
